Compliance
Our Platform is designed primarily for Educators and Education institutions governed by Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and further legislation from U.S State level government on student and teacher data privacy. We adhere to and comply with the rules and regulations laid out in the applicable federal and state-level student privacy laws.
Information We Collect
To provide our Service, we collect information from you in the following categories:
- User-generated Content: When you create, deliver and view the results of survey projects on our platform, we collect the topics you ask, the responses generated by the AI and the responses provided by your respondent. We understand the potential of respondents being students or minors, and we only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our Service. We anonymize all data collected when we require third-party providers. We only track demographic information of respondents for the purpose of providing demographic disaggregation for our users. We routinely review our platform design, infrastructure, user interface and our agreement with third-party providers for potential vulnerabilities.
Information we automatically receive from your use of our services:
- Account Information: When an account is created with Factors Education Inc. information such as your first name, email address and information provided through Google account federated signin and Microsoft account federated signin are automatically sent to us.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, such as the features you use, the time you spend on the platform, and the device you use to access the Service are automatically sent to us.
- Technical Data: Technical data, including your browser type, device information, and operating system, are automatically sent to us to improve our Service and ensure compatibility with various devices and accessible to everyone.

- Provide our service: To provide, administer, maintain and/or analyze the Services.
- Improve user experience: To improve our Services and conduct research. Please note, this does not include training AI models.

Google User Data
The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Non-commercialization
