Our Commitment

Factors Education Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Factors Education Inc. takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our platform:

  4. Responsive Design: Our platform is designed to be usable across devices and screen sizes, supporting zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  5. Alternative Text: Meaningful alternative text is provided for all informative images and visual content.
  6. Focus Management: Visible focus indicators are maintained for all interactive elements, and focus is managed appropriately during dynamic content changes.
  7. Testing: We include accessibility considerations in our development and quality assurance processes, including automated and manual testing.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content or features may have limitations. AI-generated lesson content is continuously being improved for accessibility. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining barriers.
